Project Plan for Cybersecurity Project Management Course

I need to write a Project Plan for my Cybersecurity Project management course. I will attach the instructions in a document below, along with the project charter. Thank you!
You will create a project plan for the same project for which you created a project charter. The contents of the project plan are described in the textbook, but feel free to change things as makes sense. You will certainly need to have a schedule, a cost estimate/budget and some sort of risk management. You will have the latitude to do what works on the project that you select. The projects will be graded on completeness, clarity and presentation (including neatness, organization, spelling and grammar). Most of all, they will be evaluated on the basis of whether they could actually be used to manage the project.
